Biography

Currently touring the world with Multi-Platinum artist, Michael Bolton, Nelson’s 20 years as a professional bassist has allowed him to work with Rachelle Ferrell, Chris Botti, Richard Marx, Engelbert Humperdinck, Davy Jones, Orianthi, Phoebe Snow, Helena Fisher, Delta Goodwin, Boz Skaggs, Goapele, Jaguar Wright, Jeff Lorber, Ledisi, Lina, Ruth Brown, Martin Luther, Steve Miller, Michael Lington, Frank McComb, Lyrics Born, Jean Carne, Norman Conners, Andy Narrell, Barry Williams of the Brady Bunch, the Rome Symphony, Marc Thomas to name a few. He’s done this while at the same time releasing 1 chart-topping CD’s with his own group, The Braxton Brothers.
He’s been a producer/engineer for over since the late 1990’s and has worked on projects from the ground up in many styles from pop, jazz, folk, R&B, hip hop, etc.
