Warranty Policy

At iCON Pro Audio, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that exceed your expectations. Our dedication to quality begins with manufacturing each product under our own supervision, using carefully selected materials, components, and production processes.

Warranty Coverage

All iCON Pro Audio products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper use, improper installation, unauthorized repair, modification, or any other contributory negligence. This warranty also does not apply to products that have been discontinued for more than one year.

Extended Warranty Offer

Effective January 1, 2018, iCON Pro Audio offers a free limited-warranty upgrade to 18 months of coverage for products sold in selected countries.

To receive this extended coverage, the product must be registered online within 90 days of purchase. Original proof of purchase is not required at the time of registration, but it is required for all warranty service claims. Please retain your original receipt and record your product’s serial number, purchase date, and place of purchase.

To register your product, visit iconproaudio.com, go to the Help Center, and click the “Register Products” button. Complete the registration form to activate the additional six months of warranty coverage. The additional warranty period begins one year after the original date of purchase.

Eligibility Criteria for This Limited Warranty

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product purchased from an authorized iCON Pro Audio dealer.

This limited warranty is not transferable. If the product is sold, transferred, or purchased second-hand, this limited warranty becomes null and void.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

International Purchases and Warranty Region

iCON Pro Audio warranty service is tied to the country or region where the product was originally purchased.

If a customer purchases an iCON Pro Audio product from a country that is different from their country of residence, the product must be returned to the country of purchase for warranty service in order for the warranty to remain valid.

If the customer chooses to have the product serviced in their country of residence instead of the country of purchase, the service will be treated as a non-warranty repair. In that case, the customer will be responsible for all repair charges, parts, labor, shipping costs, customs fees, taxes, duties, and any other related expenses.

Return shipping covered by iCON Pro Audio applies only when the product has been approved for warranty service and the customer is located within the applicable Warranty Region.

What Is Not Covered?

This limited warranty does not cover damage, failure, or malfunction caused by normal wear and tear, improper or unintended use, negligence, misuse, abuse, accident, improper installation, improper operation, failure to follow the instructions provided in the owner’s manual, or use of the product outside its intended purpose.

This limited warranty does not cover damage caused directly or indirectly by other equipment, incompatible equipment, improper connections, improper cabling, improper gain staging, improper power supply, or use of accessories, adapters, or components not approved by iCON Pro Audio.

This limited warranty does not cover damage caused during transportation, shipping, delivery, or handling.

This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by environmental hazards or external electrical events, including but not limited to smoke, dust, liquid spills, excessive humidity, corrosion, extreme temperatures, lightning, power surges, unstable power, improper voltage, or other power-related conditions outside the product’s normal operating specifications.

This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by repairs, service, modifications, or attempted repairs performed by anyone other than an Authorized iCON Pro Audio Service Centre.

Speaker drivers, tweeters, woofers, subwoofers, and microphone capsules are covered only against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by overpowering, overdriving, excessive input signal, clipping, distortion, incompatible amplification, improper gain staging, feedback, operation beyond the product’s published specifications, or other misuse.

Because this type of damage may not be apparent to the user at the time of use, warranty eligibility will be determined by iCON Pro Audio or an Authorized iCON Pro Audio Service Centre after inspection. Evidence of thermal damage, burnt or deformed voice coils, torn or damaged diaphragms, damaged cones, damaged capsules, or other failure patterns consistent with overpowering, overdriving, clipping, excessive signal level, or misuse may result in the claim being treated as a non-warranty repair.

Determining Warranty Eligibility

If your iCON Pro Audio product requires service, an Authorized iCON Pro Audio Service Centre or authorized iCON Pro Audio service technician will inspect the product and determine whether the issue is eligible for service under this limited warranty.

iCON Pro Audio reserves the sole right to authorize warranty service. If the required service is determined not to be covered under this limited warranty, the customer will be contacted with an estimate and given the option to approve and pay for the repair.

iCON Pro Audio and its authorized service agents reserve the right to repair the product using new, reconditioned, refurbished, or equivalent replacement parts as available and appropriate.

Servicing Procedures

To request warranty service, please contact iCON Pro Audio Customer Service for instructions and the location of the appropriate Authorized iCON Pro Audio Service Centre.

To exercise your rights under this warranty, you are responsible for shipping the product in secure packaging at your expense. Insurance is recommended. The shipment must include:

Proof of purchase
A brief description of the problem
Your name and contact information
Any service reference number or case number provided by iCON Pro Audio Customer Service

The product should be packed securely, preferably in its original packaging. Damage incurred while the product is in transit to an Authorized iCON Pro Audio Service Centre is not covered under this limited warranty.

Charges associated with shipping your iCON Pro Audio product to an Authorized iCON Pro Audio Service Centre are not covered under this limited warranty.

If the product is determined to be covered under this limited warranty and the customer is located within the applicable Warranty Region, iCON Pro Audio will cover return shipping to the customer.

At its sole option, iCON Pro Audio will either repair the product at no charge for parts and labor within the applicable warranty period, or replace it with a product of similar type or value. iCON Pro Audio reserves the right to determine whether the product is defective for purposes of this limited warranty or whether the damage occurred for reasons not covered by this limited warranty.

Proof of Purchase Required

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Please keep your original receipt or invoice. The proof of purchase must show the product purchased, date of purchase, and the authorized iCON Pro Audio dealer or retailer from which the product was purchased.

Warranty Disclaimer

IN NO EVENT SHALL ICON PRO AUDIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, COLLATERAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES ARISING OUT OF YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF PRODUCTS AND/OR OUT OF THIS WARRANTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, GOODWILL, SAVINGS, OR LOSS OF DATA, MUSIC, ELECTRONIC FILES, OR PROGRAMS THAT MAY HAVE BEEN STORED BY A USER OF THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF ICON PRO AUDIO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR CLAIMS.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

EXCEPT AS STATED ABOVE, THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER CONDITIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED CONDITION OR WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY OTHER WARRANTY OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF ICON PRO AUDIO.

ICON PRO AUDIO DOES NOT ASSUME OR AUTHORIZE ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY TO ASSUME ANY OTHER LIABILITY OR WARRANTY OBLIGATION ON ITS BEHALF, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
