iCON Pro Audio Limited Manufacturer Warranty

1. Our Commitment to Quality
At iCON Pro Audio, we manufacture every product in our own facilities using premium materials and rigorous processes. We stand firmly behind the quality of our products, which is the foundation of this warranty.

2. Standard Warranty Coverage
Your iCON Pro Audio product is automatically covered against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original purchase date. This coverage excludes damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, improper handling, or products discontinued for over 1 year.

3. Extended Warranty Registration (Select Countries)
You may qualify for an additional 6 months of coverage (totaling 18 months) by registering your product online at iconproaudio.com within 90 days of purchase (Navigate to Help Center → Product Registration).
→ Important Note: While proof of purchase isn’t required for registration, it is essential for any subsequent warranty service. Registration is mandatory to activate extended warranty benefits.

4. Eligibility Requirements
This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser who acquired the product new from an authorized iCON Pro Audio dealer. Coverage is non-transferable and becomes void if the product is resold or purchased secondhand.

5. Warranty Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by environmental factors (liquid exposure, humidity, smoke, extreme temperatures, corrosion)

  • Issues resulting from use with incompatible equipment or failure to follow the user manual

  • Repairs attempted by unauthorized service providers

  • Physical damage occurring during shipping or transportation

6. Service Request Procedure

  1. Contact Customer Support First:
    Always initiate service requests by contacting iCON Pro Audio Customer Support. Our team will help diagnose the issue remotely and may resolve it without requiring physical repair.

  2. Service Authorization:

    • USA/Canada Customers: An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required.

    • International Customers: Contact your local authorized dealer or regional distributor for regional service instructions.

7. Service Terms & Shipping
a. Customer Responsibilities for Service:
To process your warranty claim, you must:

  • Securely package the product (original packaging is strongly recommended)

  • Include the following documentation:
    → Original proof of purchase (required for validation)
    → A clear description of the malfunction
    → Your complete contact information

  • Ship the product to the designated service center at your own expense (insurance is highly recommended)

b. Service Resolution:
Upon validation of your warranty claim, iCON Pro Audio will at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product using no-charge parts and labor during the active warranty period, or

  • Replace it with a product of comparable functionality and value
    (iCON Pro Audio retains sole authority to determine defect eligibility and coverage)

c. International Service Policy:

  • To maintain warranty validity, service must be performed in the product’s country of original purchase.

  • If you elect to have service performed in your country of residence, you assume responsibility for all repair costs and associated shipping fees.

d. Shipping Terms & Liabilities:

  • Transit Damage: Damage occurring during shipment to the service center is not covered under this warranty.

  • Outbound Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all shipping costs to the service center.

  • Return Shipping: iCON Pro Audio covers return shipping costs for warranty-approved repairs within the applicable service region.

8. Proof of Purchase & Registration
Retain your original sales receipt, as it serves as essential documentation for warranty validation. Remember that product registration is required to activate the extended 18-month warranty where available.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

IN NO EVENT SHALL ICON PRO AUDIO BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, DATA, OR FILES), EVEN IF ADVISED OF SUCH POTENTIAL DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR DAMAGES; THESE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THIS WARRANTY SUPERSEDES ALL OTHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). ICON PRO AUDIO ASSUMES NO LIABILITY BEYOND THE TERMS STATED HEREIN.
