iCON Pro Audio MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

At iCON Pro Audio, we take pride in building high-quality products that exceed your expectations for value. Our commitment to quality starts with manufacturing every product in our own factory under our supervision, using the best materials and processes.

All iCON Pro Audio products are automatically warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper use, or any other contributory negligence. Additionally, it does not cover products discontinued for more than one year.

iCON Pro Audio offers a free limited-warranty upgrade to a full 18 months of coverage for products sold in selected countries. To receive this extended coverage, register your purchase online within 90 days of purchase. Your original proof of purchase is required for service but isn’t needed at the time of registration. However, to receive warranty coverage for repairs or service, your product must be registered. Please note the serial number, purchase date, and point of purchase of your product.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR THIS LIMITED WARRANTY
This limited warranty is offered only to the original purchaser of a product purchased new from an authorized iCON Pro Audio dealer. If you sell the product or you purchased it used, this limited warranty becomes null and void and it may not be transferred to the new owner.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
This limited warranty does NOT cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear or malfunction associated with improper or unintended use, including but not limited to negligence, misuse, abuse, failure to install or operate the instrument in accordance with the owner’s manual, damage caused directly or indirectly by other equipment, damage resulting from transporting the instrument, or damage attributed to environmental causes such as smoke, dust, liquid spill, excessive humidity, corrosion, or temperature. It also does not cover damage caused by repairs or service provided or attempted by anyone other than an iCON Pro Audio Authorized Service Center.

DETERMINING ELIGIBILITY FOR THIS LIMITED WARRANTY
If your iCON Pro Audio product requires servicing, an authorized iCON Pro Audio Service technician will assess it to determine its eligibility for service under this limited warranty. iCON Pro Audio reserves the sole right to authorize your product for warranty service. If the required service is not covered under this limited warranty, you will be contacted with an estimate and given the option to pay for the repair. iCON Pro Audio and/or its authorized service agent reserves the right to repair your product using new or reconditioned parts as available and required.

PROOF OF PURCHASE REQUIRED FOR ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS
To register and receive your free 18-month extended warranty, visit iconproaudio.com, go to our Help Center, and click the “Product Registration” button. Fill out the registration form to complete the process. The additional six months of warranty protection will begin one year after your date of purchase. Keep all original receipts as they are required to validate your warranty claim.

SERVICING
To exercise your rights under this warranty, you are responsible for shipping the product in secure packaging at your expense (insurance is recommended), together with proof of purchase (required), a brief note explaining the problems you are experiencing, and your contact information to a designated local service center as instructed by iCON Pro Audio.

iCON Pro Audio, at its sole option, will either repair the product at no charge for parts and labor within the respective warranty periods or replace it with one of similar type or value. iCON Pro Audio reserves the right to determine whether the product is “defective” for purposes of this limited warranty or whether the damage occurred for other reasons.

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES
For international purchases, the limited warranty requires that the product be serviced in the country of purchase for the warranty to remain valid. If you choose to have your product serviced in your country of residence instead, you will be responsible for repair charges and shipping costs.

Please contact iCON Pro Audio Customer Service for the location of your nearest Authorized iCON Pro Audio Service Center. Your product should be packed securely in the original packaging before shipping. It is recommended that you insure the shipment to cover the value of your product. Damage incurred during transport to an Authorized iCON Pro Audio Service Center is not covered under this limited warranty. Charges associated with shipping your gear to or from an Authorized iCON Pro Audio Center are not covered under this limited warranty. Return shipping to you, provided you are within the warranty region, will be covered by iCON Pro Audio if your product is deemed covered under this limited warranty.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ICON PRO AUDIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, COLLATERAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES ARISING OUT OF YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF PRODUCTS AND/OR OUT OF THIS WARRANTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR SAVINGS, OR LOSS OF DATA, MUSIC, ELECTRONIC FILES, OR PROGRAMS THAT MAY HAVE BEEN STORED BY A USER OF THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF ICON PRO AUDIO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR CLAIMS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

EXCEPT AS STATED ABOVE, THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER CONDITIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, AN IMPLIED CONDITION OR WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF ICON PRO AUDIO. ICON PRO AUDIO DOES NOT ASSUME OR AUTHORIZE ASSUMPTION OF LIABILITY FOR IT OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
