WARRANTY

At iCON Pro Audio, we take pride in building the best products possible while also exceeding your expectations for value. Our commitment to quality starts with manufacturing every product in our own factory under our supervision, using the very best materials and processes.

All iCON Pro Audio products are automatically warranted free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of purchase. Warranty does not apply to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper use, or any other contributory negligence. Warranty does not apply to products that have been discontinued for more than one (1) year.

Effective January 1, 2018 iCON Pro Audio is offering a free limited-warranty upgrade to a full 18 (eighteen) months of coverage for products sold in selected countries. The extended coverage is available by merely registering your purchase online within 90 days of purchase. Your original proof of purchase will still be required for service, but isn’t needed at the time of registration. Please note the Serial Number, purchase date and point of purchase of your product.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR THIS LIMITED WARRANTY

This limited warranty is offered only to the original purchaser of a product purchased new from an authorized iCON Pro Audio dealer. In the event that you sell the product, this limited warranty is null and void and may not be transferred to the new owner.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

This limited warranty does NOT cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, or malfunction associated with improper or unintended use, including but not limited to negligence, misuse, abuse, failure to install or operate the instrument in accordance with the information and instructions provided in the owner’s manual, damage caused directly or indirectly by other equipment, damage resulting from transporting the instrument, or damage attributed to environmental causes such as smoke, dust, liquid spill, excessive humidity, corrosion or temperature, or if the damage was caused by repairs or service provided or attempted by anyone other than an iCON Pro Audio Authorized Service Centre.

DETERMINING ELIGIBILITY FOR THIS LIMITED WARRANTY

In the event that your iCON Pro Audio product should ever require servicing, an authorized iCON Pro Audio Service technician will assess your product and determine its eligibility for service under this limited warranty. iCON Pro Audio reserves the sole right to authorize your iCON Pro Audio product for warranty service. In the event that it is determined that the required service is NOT covered under this limited warranty, you will be contacted with an estimate and given the option to pay for the repair. iCON Pro Audio and/or its authorized service agent reserves the right to repair your iCON Pro Audio product using new or reconditioned parts as may be available and required.

PROOF OF PURCHASE REQUIRED FOR ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS.

To Register (and receive your free 18 (eighteen) months extended warranty), please visit iconproaudio.com, Go to our Help Center and click the “Register Products” Button. Just fill out the registration form and you’re done. The additional 6 (six) months of your warranty protection will begin one (1) year after your date of purchase. Please keep all original receipts, they are REQUIRED to validate your warranty claim.

SERVICING

To exercise your rights under this Warranty, you are responsible for shipping this product in secure packaging at your expenses (insurance is recommended), together with proof of purchase (REQUIRED), a brief note explaining the problem(s) you are experiencing and your contact information to a designated local service center as may be instructed by iCON Pro Audio.

iCON Pro Audio at its sole option, will (1) repair this product at no charge for parts or for labor within the respective warranty periods, or (2) replace it with one of similar type or value. iCON Pro Audio reserves the right to determine whether the product is “defective” for purposes of this Limited Warranty, or whether damage occurred for some other causes.

Please contact the iCON Pro Audio Customer Service for the location of your nearest Authorized iCON Pro Audio Service Centre. Your iCON Pro Audio product should be packed securely in the original packaging prior to shipping. It is recommended that you take the appropriate insurance on the shipment to cover the value of your iCON Pro Audio product. Damage incurred while your iCON Pro Audio product is in transport to an Authorized iCON Pro Audio Service Centre is not covered under this limited warranty. Charges associated with shipping your iCON Pro Audio gear to or from an Authorized iCON Pro Audio Centre are NOT covered under this limited warranty. Return shipping to you, provided you are located within the Warranty Region, will be covered by iCON Pro Audio. If your iCON Pro Audio product has been deemed to be covered under this limited warranty.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

IN NO EVENT SHALL ICON PRO AUDIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, COLLATERAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES ARISING OUT OF YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF PRODUCTS AND/OR OUT OF THIS WARRANTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, GOODWILL OR SAVINGS OR LOSS OF DATA, MUSIC, ELECTRONIC FILES, OR PROGRAMS THAT MAY HAVE BEEN STORED BY A USER OF THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF ICON PRO AUDIO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR CLAIMS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

EXCEPT AS STATED ABOVE, THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER CONDITIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, AN IMPLIED CONDITION OR WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF ICON PRO AUDIO. ICON PRO AUDIO DOES NOT ASSUME OR AUTHORIZE ASSUMPTION OF LIABILITY FOR IT OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
